Qlik Sense Developer FMCG Domain Location : Mumbai Experience : 46 years overall | 2 years in Qlik Sense Job Type : Full-Time Industry : Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG / FMCG) Notice Period : Immediate Joiner We are looking for a results-driven Qlik Sense Developer with 46 years of overall IT consulting experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on development using Qlik Sense. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering interactive dashboards and BI solutions, preferably within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) domain. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and backend teams to develop and optimize visual analytics that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards, reports, and data models . - Collaborate with business users and analysts to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Qlik scripting and best practices. - Optimize data models for performance and scalability. - Apply domain knowledge in CPG to create actionable insights from sales, supply chain, and consumer data. - Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and perform root cause analysis. - Participate in code reviews, documentation , and deployment support. Work in Agile environments and engage in stakeholder communication and requirement Skills & Experience : - 5 years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense development , including scripting, data modeling, set analysis, and chart expressions. - 46 years overall experience in IT , with a strong focus on data and analytics. - Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases. - Experience integrating data from multiple sources like SAP, Salesforce, Excel, flat files, or cloud data warehouses . - Solid understanding of BI best practices, UI/UX principles, and performance tuning. - Excellent communication and client interaction skills. - Experience working with CPG clients or on CPG datasets (e.g., POS, market share, product/category performance). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Nice to Have : - Experience with Qlik NPrinting or QlikView. - Exposure to other BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. - Knowledge of data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. - Basic Python/R scripting for analytics is a plus. Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
