Boomi Integration Lead

Position : Boomi Integration Lead Experience : 8-10 Years Location : Bangalore (Preferred) Shift Timings : 1 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM (IST) We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Boomi Integration Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions using Dell Boomi. You will work with various stakeholders to gather requirements, develop robust integrations, and ensure the seamless flow of data between our enterprise systems. You will also lead the migration of on-premise integrations to our AWS molecule environment, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Responsibilities : - Conceptualize, develop, and implement integration solutions between systems such as Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, MDM, Siebel, Data-warehouse, and other applications. - Take ownership of the integration development process from requirements gathering to full implementation. - Implement data mapping and transformations between different systems and data formats. - Work with business users, stakeholders, product managers, sales/service teams, and external system vendors/suppliers to build and maintain current and new integrations. - Analyze business problems and develop both long-term and quick tactical solutions. - Provide technical documentation for new and existing integrations. - Identify production issues and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions. - Lead the migration of legacy integrations to our iPaaS platform and methodology. - Lead the migration from an On-Prem Atom to an AWS Molecule environment. - Perform server maintenance as needed. - Identify pain points of the process and improve existing processes. - Build connectors, APIs, and utilize various Boomi components (connectors, shapes, listeners). - Proficient in XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST-based integrations. - Hands-on experience with integration to SAP ECC and S4HANA through BAPI-based integration. - Ensure adherence to integration architecture, patterns, and best practices. - Understanding of different types of integration patterns, integration best practices, networking, API management, and exception handling. Experience : - 8-10 years of strong experience in an enterprise integration role working with cloud and on-premise integrations. - Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS platform (Dell Boomi, WebMethods, Informatica, IBM Cast Iron/AppConnect, Snaplogic, Tibco, Mulesoft, etc.). - Preferred experience integrating with Salesforce/NetSuite/SAP. - Strong understanding of integration architecture, patterns, and best practices. - Experience in building connectors, APIs, and using various Boomi components. - Proficient in XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST-based integrations. - Experience with data formats and transformations (CSV, EDI, etc.). - Hands-on experience with integration to SAP ECC and S4HANA through BAPI-based integration. - Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of Groovy, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS strongly preferred. - Good to have Boomi certifications. - Highly motivated, positive attitude, and able to work independently with no supervision. - Eager to quickly learn and possess a "Can-do" attitude. - BS/BE degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 8-10 years of relevant experience. - Understanding of business automation and integration technology. - Customer/Business-centric mindset. - Understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP).
