SAP Project Specialist - S/4 HANA Implementation

Role : SAP Project Systems Consultant We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Project Systems Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP PS, with hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations, and a strong grasp of cross-functional integrations with other SAP modules. This role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end project system solutions that meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support SAP Project Systems (PS) implementations and configurations. - Work on at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects, including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live. - Design and configure PS structures: WBS, Networks, Milestones, Cost/Revenue Planning, Budgeting, Project Quotation, Invoicing, Time Entry, MRP, Goods Issue, and Project Settlement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate SAP PS with MM, QM, CO, PP, PM, WM, SD, and FI modules. - Support and guide the team in data migration, including template preparation, data extraction, cleansing, validation, and upload. - Write detailed functional specifications for enhancements and collaborate with the technical team for custom developments/user exits. - Develop training materials, user manuals, and conduct end-user training. - Provide post-go-live support and ensure user adoption and satisfaction. - Lead client discussions, workshops, and oral status/technical meetings on small to medium-sized engagements. - Provide thought leadership and recommend process improvements, tools, and technologies. - Experience with PPM (Project Portfolio Management) or CPM (Commercial Project Management) is an added advantage. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 8 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, specifically in SAP PS module. - Proven experience in S/4HANA environment. - Expertise in WBS structures, Network, Project Planning, and Budget Control. - Strong integration experience with core SAP modules. - Ability to create and execute project documentation, test scripts, and migration strategies. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Experience working with global, cross-functional teams. - Experience with PPM or CPM modules. - Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery frameworks. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - SAP certifications are an advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
