Natobotics - Avaloq Developer - Wealth Management Functionalities

Location : Mumbailocals only. 5 days office mandated. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Avaloq Banking Suite, with a primary focus on wealth management functionalities. - Provide expert-level knowledge of Avaloq system architecture, data models, and development tools. - Lead the development of complex Avaloq customizations and extensions to meet specific business requirements. - Configure and parameterize the Avaloq system to support various wealth management processes, including portfolio management, client relationship management, and investment management. - Develop and maintain Avaloq interfaces with external systems. - Optimize Avaloq system performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and security. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior Avaloq developers. - Enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes within the development team. - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage project delivery. - Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities. - Stay current with Avaloq product updates, new features, and industry best practices in wealth management technology. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Avaloq platform. Technical Skills : - Deep expertise in the Avaloq Banking Suite, with a focus on wealth management modules. - Strong proficiency in Avaloq Development Workbench, Avaloq Process Designer, and other Avaloq development tools. - Excellent knowledge of Avaloq Parameterization. - Extensive experience in PL/SQL and Oracle database. - Solid understanding of core banking processes and wealth management operations. - Experience with Avaloq integration technologies (e.g., APIs, message queues). - Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and performance tuning. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Avaloq Reports, Crystal Reports) is a plus. - Experience with security concepts and best practices in banking systems. Non-Technical Skills : - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Strong client-facing skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
