About the Job : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead/Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable CRM solutions for our clients across various industries. You will leverage your deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, customize the platform, and integrate it with other systems. Experience : 5-13 Years Job Location : PAN India Responsibilities : Solution Design and Development : - Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs and specifications within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. - Design, develop, and customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and other components to meet specific client needs. - Develop and implement custom solutions using the Dynamics CRM SDK, REST API, and related technologies. - Design and implement integrations between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. - Develop and maintain custom web resources using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance the user interface and functionality of Dynamics CRM. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques. Technical Leadership and Mentorship (for senior roles) : - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team. - Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions related to Dynamics CRM solutions. - Review code and ensure quality and adherence to standards. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Implementation and Deployment : - Participate in the deployment and configuration of Dynamics CRM environments. - Develop and execute data migration strategies and processes. - Provide support during and after deployment, ensuring a smooth transition. Maintenance and Support : - Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of Dynamics CRM solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Apply updates, patches, and service packs to the Dynamics CRM environment. - Document technical designs, configurations, and processes. Continuous Learning and Improvement : - Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Explore and evaluate new technologies and tools within the Microsoft ecosystem that can enhance CRM solutions. - Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives. Must-Have Skills : - Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical : Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and its underlying architecture. - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customization capabilities : Comprehensive knowledge of core CRM principles, including sales processes, marketing campaigns, customer service workflows, and the ability to customize Dynamics CRM to align with these concepts. - Experience in developing and implementing CRM solutions : Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for various business needs. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript : Solid understanding and practical experience in using these front-end technologies to customize and enhance the Dynamics CRM user interface. - Hands-on experience with CRM SDK and REST API : Demonstrated ability to leverage the Dynamics CRM SDK and REST API for programmatic access, integration, and custom development. Good to Have Skills : - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). - Knowledge of Azure services relevant to Dynamics CRM integrations (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus). - Experience with data migration tools and techniques. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
