Engineering Manager - IT Project Delivery

Requirements : PMP and Scrum Master-certified candidates are preferred. Should have Project management experience of more than 4 years. Should have led a team of size more than 15 people. Should have People management experience, Should be able to state clear goals to the team, access the performance, and provide effective feedback. Should be aware of different project execution techniques - Agile, Waterfall method, CI-CD/Scrum/SAFe, use of tools like Jira, git, ClearCase, etc. Should have led the team and delivered multiple projects in parallel. Should be able to guide team technically and process-wise. Should have worked with cross-cultural teams and across different teams in the organization. Hands-on Experience in Software design, and development in RAN products/features in CU. Hands-on experience of one or more of RRC, RRM, OAM, PDCP, NG-AP, NG-U, SDAP, X2AP, XnAP, F1AP. Good knowledge of ORAN interfaces. Should have experience in C/C++, Software design, and development. Design and implementation experience on SA, NSA, and NR-DC, CA features Hands-on experience on different test tools, and simulators- should be able to script test cases using various scripts. Authoring design documents/ grooming scrum user stories/BL items. Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as development/Wireshark logs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentoring to other engineers in the team. Candidates with B. Tech. / M. Tech. in C. SC/ ECE or allied streams. (ref:hirist.tech)
