What This Role Requires : In the role of Conversational Designer, you will be a key contributor to MResults mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Here is what you will do : Roles and responsibilities : - Design and develop conversational interfaces for various platforms, including chatbots and voice assistants. - Create conversational flows, dialogue scripts, and user journeys that are intuitive and engaging. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational interfaces with backend systems and services. - Conduct user research and testing to validate conversational design concepts and iterate on feedback. Key Skills to Succeed in This Role : - 3-6 years of experience in conversational design, UX design, copywriting, or related fields. - Portfolio of conversational design projects that demonstrate skills and expertise in creating chatbots and voice assistants. - Proficiency in conversational design tools and platforms, such as Kore.ai, Dialog flow, Rasa, Botmock, Voice flow,Figma etc. - Familiarity with natural language processing, natural language understanding, and speech recognition technologies and their limitations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty. - Passionate about conversational design and AI, with a curiosity and empathy for users and their needs Manage, Master, and Maximize with MResult : MResult is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive environment free of discrimination and harassment.
