Role : Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in supply chain planning processes and hands-on configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions. This role is instrumental in designing and deploying data-driven, AI-enhanced, and analytics-based planning solutions, enabling process efficiencies and end-to-end visibility across supply chain functions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end implementation and deployment of Kinaxis RapidResponse for global clients. - Configure and manage Kinaxis components such as Workbooks, Worksheets, Dashboards, Alerts, Scripts, Forms, and Data Integration setups. - Translate business requirements into scalable and effective RapidResponse solutions in modules. - Guide and troubleshoot issues related to data modeling, analytics, configuration, and integration in the Kinaxis environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement advanced analytics, AI, and ML techniques to enhance planning accuracy and decision-making. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and performance enhancement. - Maintain system integrity and ensure that Kinaxis environments are aligned with business and IT standards. - Collaborate with SAP and other ERP/legacy integration teams to ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization. Required Qualifications : - 8 years of experience in supply chain planning with a focus on Demand, Supply, Production, and S&OP. - 4 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse. - Strong functional knowledge of planning concepts and end-to-end supply chain processes. - Experience in Kinaxis data modeling, data integration, analytics, and scripting. - Proficiency in integrating Kinaxis with SAP and other enterprise systems. - Demonstrated expertise in managing Kinaxis environments in a support, sustenance, and enhancement capacity. - Solid understanding of business processes in Retail, Wholesale, or Manufacturing industries. - Experience with other planning tools such as SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, Oracle SCP is an advantage. - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Passion for innovation in AI/ML-driven supply chain solutions. Education & Certifications : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Supply Chain, or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
