Position Name Adobe Campaign Consultant Experience Required : 5 years Job Type Full time Location - Remote Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campaign Consultant with deep expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic to lead and support the full lifecycle of marketing automation campaigns from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization. This role will be instrumental in delivering personalized, data-driven marketing communications and helping our clients maximize the value of their Adobe Campaign investment. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Campaign Classic solutions, including architecture, technical design, integration, and deployment. - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and campaign workflows. - Design and configure complex multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, push, etc.). - Develop, test, and deploy workflows, data schemas, audience segmentation logic, and delivery templates within Adobe Campaign Classic. - Integrate Adobe Campaign with external data sources (e.g., CRM, data warehouses, APIs) to enable dynamic content and personalization. - Perform campaign performance monitoring, reporting, and optimization. - Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders on best practices in campaign management, deliverability, and customer journey design. - Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure high campaign deliverability and platform stability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
