CIAM Engineer - iAM/LDAP

Job Title: CIAM Engineer Experience: 4 years Location: Bangalore Job Summary: - We are looking for a skilled and motivated CIAM Engineer with 4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. - The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integrating authentication solutions like Auth0 and Okta, migrating legacy identity stores to modern cloud-based platforms, and working in high-scale, consumer-facing environments such as retail. Key Responsibilities : - Integrate new consumer-facing applications with Auth0 and Okta for seamless authentication. - Migrate legacy IBM LDAP identity stores to AWS IAM or other modern cloud-based identity platforms. - Develop and execute the strategy, roadmap, and architecture for CIAM initiatives across the organization. - Collaborate with application development and infrastructure teams to implement scalable authentication and identity solutions. - Ensure optimal performance and security of CIAM systems in high-volume environments, especially within the retail and consumer sectors. - Maintain and enhance security policies related to consumer identity access management. Key Skills Required : - Strong hands-on experience with Auth0 and/or Okta Auth0. - Proficiency in IBM LDAP and identity store management. - Experience with AWS IAM and AWS cloud identity services. - Deep understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, etc. - Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards related to CIAM. - Prior experience working on consumer-facing web applications.
