We are currently partnering with a key client to find a talented and experienced Program Manager to lead significant strategic programs. About the Role : Talent Worx is in search of a talented Technical Program Manager to spearhead strategic programs for one of our esteemed clients. This role is critical in ensuring that large-scale projects and initiatives are aligned with the client's overarching business objectives and delivered successfully. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of program management principles, adept at navigating complex projects across multiple domains, and skilled in managing stakeholders, resources, and risks effectively. This position requires a leader who can motivate cross-functional teams and drive programs to achieve desired outcomes. Responsibilities : - Spearhead strategic programs, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and completion. - Ensure program activities and outcomes are closely aligned with the client's business objectives and strategic goals. - Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Manage and lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve program milestones and deliverables. - Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all program stakeholders, including executive leadership, team members, and external partners. - Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed. - Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on status to stakeholders. - Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability throughout the program lifecycle. - Apply proven project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) as appropriate to program needs. - Drive strategic thinking within the program, ensuring that program activities contribute to broader organizational strategies and objectives. - Utilize program management tools effectively for planning, tracking, and reporting. - Facilitate collaboration and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Be willing to travel as required to support program activities and engage with stakeholders. Requirements : - Experience : A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in program management, with a demonstrated focus on managing large-scale projects across multiple domains. - Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Leadership : Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, guide, and lead cross-functional teams towards successful project outcomes. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and influence executive stakeholders and clearly communicate with team members at all levels. - Methodologies : Proven expertise and practical experience in applying various project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. - Risk Management : Extensive experience in identifying, assessing, analyzing, and effectively mitigating program risks. - Financial Acumen : Demonstrated ability to manage program budgets, track financial performance, and ensure financial accountability. - Strategic Thinking : Ability to formulate strategies and translate organizational goals into actionable program plans that align with broader business objectives. - Tools : Proficiency in using industry-standard program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent platforms. - Travel : Willingness to travel as required to support program activities and stakeholder engagements. - Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
