Solution Consultant - Infor

Job Title : INFOR Solution Consultant Experience : 6 to 9 Years Location : Bangalore Job Description : We are looking for an experienced INFOR Solution Consultant to support, configure, and enhance our Infor M3 environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Warehouse Operations, and IT to ensure that INFOR solutions align with business objectives and Responsibilities : - Serve as the INFOR M3 liaison across business units such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Warehouse, and IT. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Implement and support INFOR M3 customizations, configurations, and personalizations. - Conduct business process analysis, and document existing and future workflows. - Support and guide product modifications, enhancements, and training sessions related to INFOR M3. - Propose solution options and ensure consistency with company standards and best practices. - Research solutions using the INFOR support portal, community, and documentation. - Manage and resolve day-to-day issues via helpdesk ticketing systems. - Monitor and maintain the current INFOR environment, proactively identifying and addressing risks. - Prepare and deliver training sessions for business users and SMEs. - Develop ad hoc reports and support data migrations, cleansing, and validations. - Configure and support various M3 modules, particularly in production : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field (or an additional four years of relevant experience). - 4 years experience as an INFOR M3 Business Analyst or Functional Consultant. - 3 years experience in INFOR CloudSuite Distribution Enterprise support. - 4 years hands-on experience configuring and supporting INFOR M3 applications. - Certified or demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain Management and Finance modules of INFOR M3. - Strong experience in translating business needs into functional and technical documentation. - Proven experience delivering user training and workshops.
