Experience : 8-12 Years. Location : Noida/ Hyderabad/ Pune. Work time : EST (5:30 PM2:30 AM). Mode of work : WFO. Availability : Immediate to 15 Days. Key Responsibilities : Implementation and Configuration : - Configure and implement SAP MM and WM modules to meet the specific needs of the chemical manufacturing processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Procurement Management : - Manage the procurement process for raw materials, chemicals, and packaging materials, including vendor selection and purchase order management. - Optimize purchasing strategies to reduce costs and improve supplier relationships. Inventory Management : - Implement batch management and quality inspection processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations. - Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support production schedules and minimize stockouts. Warehouse Management : - Configure and optimize warehouse layout and storage strategies to ensure efficient handling of hazardous materials. - Implement barcode and RFID technologies for accurate tracking of inventory within the warehouse. Compliance and Quality Assurance : - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e., REACH, OSHA) and company policies related to chemical handling and storage. - Conduct regular audits and inspections of inventory and warehouse processes. Support and Maintenance : - Provide ongoing support for SAP MM and WM applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed. - Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to enhance user understanding and system utilization. Reporting and Analytics : - Develop and maintain reports on procurement, inventory levels, and warehouse performance to support decision-making. - Utilize SAP Analytics tools to derive insights and recommend improvements.
