Job Description
Job Description : We are seeking a Senior Oracle Order Management Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud and a proven track record of implementing cloud-based order management solutions. This role will involve working closely with business teams to optimize order management processes, ensure smooth order-to-cash cycles, and manage the configuration and implementation of the Oracle Order Management module. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage Oracle Order Management Cloud implementations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, identify process improvements, and translate them into Oracle Order Management Cloud solutions. - Configure and customize the Oracle Order Management Cloud module to meet business needs, including sales orders, pricing, shipping, invoicing, and integrations. - Conduct functional testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of the Oracle Order Management Cloud system post-implementation. - Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to order management processes. - Work closely with technical teams to design and implement integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, and Finance). - Lead and guide junior team members in the successful execution of implementation and enhancement projects. Requirements : - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Order Management Cloud functional roles, with strong knowledge of the Order Management modules (Sales Orders, Pricing, Shipping, Invoicing). - At least 3-4 successful Oracle Order Management Cloud implementation projects. - Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Order Management Cloud solutions across multiple business processes. - Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, including integration with other Oracle Cloud modules such as Inventory, Procurement, and Finance. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver results. - Experience in conducting end-user training and providing post-implementation support. - Ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Preferred Skills : - Oracle Cloud certification in Order Management or related Oracle Cloud applications. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management. - Experience with integrations and troubleshooting in Oracle Cloud environments. - Understanding of financial processes and integrations with other business functions such as finance and procurement.
