The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and customize Odoo modules as per business needs - Integrate Odoo with third-party applications - Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing systems - Maintain existing modules and write clean, efficient code - Create functional technical documentation - Work closely with the functional team to understand : - Proven experience in Odoo development (v12 and above preferred) - Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo ORM - Experience with PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb - Good understanding of business processes like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc. - Ability to work independently and within a team - Excellent problem-solving skills Benefits : - Paid sick time - Paid time off Schedule : Day shift Supplemental Pay : Yearly bonus (ref:hirist.tech)
