ServiceNow Multiskilled Specialist - ITSM/HRSD Modules

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and versatile ServiceNow Multiskilled Specialist with 11 to 14 years of hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical proficiency in ITSM, HRSD, FSM, CSM, and ServiceNow Integrations, along with the ability to design and develop custom applications tailored to business needs. Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end design and implementation of multiple ServiceNow modules including : 1. IT Service Management (ITSM) 2. HR Service Delivery (HRSD) 3. Field Service Management (FSM) 4. Customer Service Management (CSM) 5. Drive ServiceNow platform integrations with third-party systems using MID Servers, REST, SOAP, and other protocols. - Develop and deploy custom ServiceNow applications using low-code/no-code and scripting capabilities. - Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Required Skills : - Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD development. - Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Field Service Management and Customer Service Management. - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Integration Specialist. - Strong command of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Flow Designer.
