JDA WMS Solution Consultant

Role : JDA WMS Solution Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated JDA WMS Solution Consultant to join our Supply Chain and Warehouse Management team. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in JDA WMS, hands-on experience with MOCA, and a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a client-facing role that involves solutioning, implementation, support, and continuous process improvement of warehouse operations using JDA (Blue Yonder) WMS. Key Responsibilities : - Act as the subject matter expert in JDA WMS implementations and support projects. - Engage with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and design. - Lead and participate in at least two full-cycle JDA WMS implementations and one support project. - Utilize MOCA framework for customizations, scripting, and advanced configurations. - Analyze and improve warehouse KPIs and operational benchmarks through process and system enhancements. - Design and document functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios for WMS- related initiatives. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, IT, and operations, to deliver scalable WMS solutions. - Manage and influence client expectations, escalation points, and project prioritization effectively. - Conduct user training, support UAT, and drive change management activities as part of project rollouts. - Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in warehouse automation and digital supply chains. Qualifications & Skills : - Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems. - Proven hands-on experience with JDA (Blue Yonder) WMS and deep expertise in MOCA framework. - Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations and 1 support engagement. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and recommend solutions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams and multiple client touchpoints. - Working knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules. - Understanding of adjacent technologies (e.g., RF devices, conveyor interfaces, robotics integration). - Experience working with global teams and distributed project environments. - Certification in Blue Yonder WMS or related tools is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
