Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Experience required : 5 to 10 years Notice Period : Immediate to 20 days Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently. - Track project progress, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring timely delivery. - Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks throughout the project lifecycle. - Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management. - Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization. - Implement and promote Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, as appropriate. - Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity and innovation. - Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards where applicable. Qualifications & Skills : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. - Experience in project management - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.). - Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience in risk management and stakeholder engagement.
