Business Analyst - AI & Analytics

Join our Global Organization Intelligence Team and play a key role in transforming business operations through data-driven decision-making. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with architecture, business executives, and technology teams to ensure that data strategies align with business goals. In this role, you will : - Define and execute roadmaps for global functions like finance, supply chain, HR, operations, and marketing. - Lead critical data projects and AI-driven analytics solutions. - Act as a data strategist, bridging the gap between technical teams and business needs. Key Responsibilities : Data Analysis & Strategy : - Manage the data analysis and design of AI & analytics products to drive data-driven decision-making. - Serve as a domain expert on business processes and data models. - Translate business requirements into data architectures and analytical solutions. Data Architecture & Modeling : - Perform data profiling to understand behavior, business rules, and integrity. - Analyze datasets and current-state architectures to document processes. - Design data models to support analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Cognos. Business Process & User Engagement : - Develop frameworks for data validation and quality control. - Conduct user training and drive the adoption of AI/Analytics products. - Document business requirements, training material, and processes. Technical Expertise & Development : - Develop SQL queries and data visualizations for reporting needs. - Define semantic data layers using SSAS Cubes/Tabular, Cognos Packages. - Support Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban). - Work with cloud environments like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud. Who You Will Work With : A cross-functional product squad comprising : - Product Managers - Data Analysts - Data Engineers - BI Developers - Data Scientists - Close collaboration with business teams, data & analytics, and technology teams across the organization. Requirements : Education & Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience). - 6 years of experience in Data Warehouse, BI, and Analytics Solutions. Technical Skills : - Expert-level SQL proficiency. - Strong experience in data modeling & architecture (dimensional modeling). - Hands-on experience with structured and unstructured datasets. - Experience working with database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, Teradata, SQL Server, DB2, etc.). - Familiarity with Big Data & NoSQL technologies (Hadoop, HBase, Spark, Impala, Cassandra, Flume, Pig, Hive). - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Cognos. Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. - Strong business process acumen and ability to map processes to data architectures. - Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset to build solutions from scratch.
