We follow Agile practices and deliver solutions par excellence Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Cloud Technical Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Creative Cloud Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and consulting services related to Adobe Creative Cloud products to clients on a daily basis Location : Bengaluru Employment Type : Full-Time, On-Site Responsibilities : - Provide expert technical support for Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign). - Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to software installation, configuration, performance, and compatibility. - Troubleshoot hardware and software integration problems. - Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients. - Conduct technical consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate Creative Cloud solutions. - Provide training and guidance on Creative Cloud applications and workflows. - Assist clients with optimizing their creative workflows and utilizing advanced features. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications and updates. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media creation. - Provide expert advice on Creative Cloud licensing, deployment, and administration. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. - Share technical knowledge and best practices with clients and internal teams. - Document support tickets and resolutions in a clear and concise manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - - Provide timely and professional communication to clients regarding support requests and issues. - Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs. - Collaborate with internal teams, including development, sales, and project management, to deliver comprehensive solutions. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives. - Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed. Qualifications : Technical Expertise : - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Consultant role. - Proven experience providing technical support for Adobe Creative Cloud applications. - Strong understanding of digital media workflows and production processes. - Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users. - - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. - Strong customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proactive and self-motivated. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred). - Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certifications in relevant Creative Cloud applications (a plus). Technical Skills : - Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, etc.). - Operating systems (macOS, Windows). - Hardware and software troubleshooting. - Network troubleshooting (a plus). - Remote support tools. - Documentation tools and knowledge base systems. Preferred Skills : - Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for automation. - Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools. - Experience with video editing and post-production workflows. - Experience with 3D modeling and animation software.
