Business Analyst - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Role : Business Analyst Experience : 5 - 8 Location : Bangalore Work Mode : WFO (5days from Office) Roles and Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and have a 360-degree view of product development, implementation, and challenges. - Proven track record as a Business Analyst with the ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively. - Expertise in conducting comprehensive Business Requirement Analysis to drive project success. - Extensive experience in working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to drive successful project deliveries. - Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and performing database operations. - Strong knowledge of Oracle database systems, MySQL database systems and SQL development within the Oracle environment. - Familiarity with MongoDB, including database design and data management. - Experience in using ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for test management and quality assurance. - Proficiency in JIRA for project management, issue tracking, and workflow customization. - Domain knowledge in Trade Finance processes and procedures within the banking sector. - Understanding of Loan Origination systems & Loan Management System and processes, including credit risk assessment and document management. - Knowledge of Loan Management systems and practices, including loan servicing and collections. - Familiarity with Retail Banking operations, products, and services. - Proficiency in Splunk administration, including log handling, alert setup, and security incident management. - Experience in using Postman API for testing and automating RESTful web services. - Expertise in designing REST APIs and ensuring their scalability and security. - Knowledge of batch processing systems and their integration into business processes. - Ability to create wireframes and UI/UX design to create intuitive user interfaces. Requirements : - 2-8 years of experience in Product Business Analysis using Agile Methodology - Proven experience in business analysis roles, preferably in the financial sector. - Specialization in Deposit Lending, Retail Lending, Loan Origination System, Loan Management System, Payments, Trade Finance, and Treasury Products - Gain in-depth knowledge of the Finflux SaaS lending platform, including its Loan Management System (LMS), Loan Origination System (LOS), Business Rules Engine (BRE), and Delinquency Management System (Collections). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus. - Extensive domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Sector (ref:hirist.tech)
