Job Description
Responsibilities : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for D365 CRM functionalities and enhancements. - Design and propose technical and functional solutions within D365 CRM to address business needs, aligning with best practices and system capabilities. - Configure and customize D365 CRM modules, including Sales, Service, and potentially Marketing, based on documented requirements. - Implement customizations such as creating/modifying entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, charts, and sitemaps. - Develop and maintain technical components, including plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript web resources, and integrations. - Utilize C# and the .NET framework for developing plugins and other custom code extensions within the D365 CRM platform. - Design and implement integrations between D365 CRM and other internal or external systems using D365 APIs, Web Services, or integration platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps). - Configure and manage business process flows (BPFs) and workflows to automate business processes within D365 CRM. - Perform thorough testing of configurations, customizations, and developments, including unit testing, integration testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). - Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to D365 CRM, providing timely and effective support. - Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user training materials. - Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on D365 CRM functionalities. - Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies. - Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers. - Work effectively within an Agile or Waterfall project Skills: - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: Strong hands-on experience (9 years) in configuring, customizing, and developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing modules). - Configuration & Customization: Expertise in configuring entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, charts, sitemaps, and business rules. - C# and .NET: Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework for developing plugins, custom workflows, and other extensions. - JavaScript: Strong experience in writing JavaScript for client-side scripting and web resources within D365 CRM. - Plugins and Custom Workflows: Proven experience in developing and deploying plugins and custom workflow activities. - D365 CRM APIs: Experience in utilizing D365 CRM APIs (Web API, Organization Service) for integrations and custom development. - Integrations: Experience in designing and implementing integrations between D365 CRM and other systems using various methods (e.g., D365 APIs, REST/SOAP web services, middleware like Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps). - FetchXML: Proficiency in writing FetchXML queries for data retrieval. - SQL (Basic): Basic understanding of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. - Power Platform (Beneficial): Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate in the context of D365 CRM is a strong plus. - Azure Services (Beneficial): Experience with Azure services relevant to D365 integration (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus) is a plus. - Reporting: Experience with D365 CRM reporting tools (e.g., SSRS reports, Power BI Skills: - Strong understanding of core CRM business processes, including Sales Force Automation, Customer Service, and potentially Marketing Automation. - Excellent requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions within D365 CRM. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact effectively with business users and technical teams. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in conducting user training and providing functional Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience as a D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant. - Proven track record of successfully implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. - Strong technical skills in D365 CRM development (C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows) and configuration. - Solid understanding of CRM business processes. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, MB-240) are highly Points : - Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service or Project Operations. - Experience with Dynamics 365 Portals. - Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Supply Chain Management integration. - Experience with data migration into D365 CRM. - Familiarity with DevOps practices for D365 CRM.
