Business Analyst - Power BI

Role : Business Analyst Location : Bengaluru/ Pune/ Mumbai Experience : 4 to 7 Years Work Mode : Hybrid Shift Timings : General Shift Overview : We are seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants for the Customer Strategy and Applied Design team, with a focus on Strategy & Operations. The role includes leading or being part of project workstreams, contributing to cross-functional initiatives, and delivering business and technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with internal and client teams to develop and implement engagement plans. - Capture and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements. - Analyze current business processes and systems, identifying improvement opportunities. - Model data flows and system architectures to support business goals. - Ensure traceability and consistency throughout the project lifecycle. - Liaise with developers and technical teams for successful solution delivery. - Document software configurations and support user acceptance testing. - Provide inputs in BI and data-related initiatives, focusing on digital transformation. Technical Must-Haves : - Experience supporting Sea Bank, Power BI, and Data & Digitalization initiatives. - Proficient in DAX, M Query, SQL, and data visualization in Power BI. - Familiarity with Azure Data Bricks/Data Factory, AWS, GCP, and Power Platform. - Understanding of ETL processes and BI architecture enhancements. - Knowledge of infrastructure, data analytics, IT security, and programming. Professional Skills : - Proven experience in analytics, consulting, or business analysis (minimum 3 years in client-facing roles). - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methods. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities. - Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions. - Project management capabilities and adaptability to domestic/international travel.
