Job Title : Senior EDI Analyst Department : IT / Integration / Supply Chain Work Location : Hyderabad, India / Bangalore, India / Vizag, India / Kolhapur, India / Chennai, India Role Description : MOURI Tech is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior EDI Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing EDI initiatives for our clients, primarily within the retail and manufacturing sectors. You will leverage your deep expertise in EDI functional consulting, SQL/Oracle EBS, and ANSI X12 standards to ensure seamless data exchange and efficient business processes. This role requires a seasoned professional with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing offshore teams and collaborating effectively with both business and onsite teams. Job Summary & Responsibilities : EDI Functional Consulting : - Provide expert-level functional consulting for EDI within retail and manufacturing domains. - Analyze and translate business requirements into EDI solutions. - Design, implement, and maintain EDI processes and workflows. Technical Expertise : - Utilize strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and SQL Server SQL for data analysis and manipulation. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of EDI-EBS processes. - Understand and support the client's migration to a Java-based EDI framework, requiring good Java knowledge for map development. ANSI X12 Standards : - Apply extensive knowledge of EDI ANSI X12 standards, particularly within retail, merchandising, and supply chain domains. Team Leadership and Client Management : - Manage and mentor offshore teams, ensuring efficient delivery and high-quality work. - Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams and onsite teams, facilitating clear and effective communication. - Demonstrate maturity and professionalism in handling team management and client interactions. Mobile Development Understanding(Plus) : - Understanding of Mobile Koltin (Android) and Swift (IOS) is a beneficial addition. Project Management : - Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of EDI solutions. Mandate Skills : - EDI Functional Consultant (Retail and Manufacturing domains). - Oracle SQL. - SQL Server SQL. - EDI-EBS processes. - EDI ANSI X12. Requirements : - 10 years of experience in EDI analysis and consulting. - 5 years of relevant experience with BY TMS applications. - 3 years of experience in team management and client communication. - Strong understanding of retail and manufacturing business processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
