Salary : 8 to 10 LPA Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for projects, ensuring business objectives are effectively translated into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews. - Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document), and User Stories. - Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. - Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes. - Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business requirements are met. - Prepare process flows, wireframes, and data models where necessary. - Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Support project documentation and knowledge management activities. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, or similar. - Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies. - Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Good to Have : - Exposure to SQL for data analysis. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Domain knowledge in IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or E-commerce. (ref:hirist.tech)
