Embrace E.A.R.T.H. values, celebrate uniqueness, and drive swift career growth with Name : Business of Experience : 3-5 : Madurai, Tamil : B.Tech/B.E/Any Master Degree(CS,IT) or Any MBA Key Responsibilities : - Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research. - Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), process flows, and other technical documentation. - Translate business needs into functional requirements and communicate them to development and QA teams. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend optimized solutions. - Facilitate meetings, requirement workshops, and presentations with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Track and manage change requests, ensuring proper impact analysis and communication. - Perform requirement traceability to ensure all business needs are addressed through development. - Transfer domain knowledge to developers, testers, and other team members. - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that developed solutions meet business requirements. - Assist in project prioritization and planning based on business impact and urgency. - Maintain version control and consistency of documentation throughout the lifecycle of the Skills Required : - Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. - Proven ability to create detailed BRDs, SRS, and other business documentation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with Business Analyst tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder Skills Preferred : - Experience in process improvement and recommending automation opportunities. - Ability to create dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel). - Support in project planning, feature prioritization, and scope management. - Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
