SAP MRS Consultant - Configuration & Implementation

Key Responsibilities : Solution Design & Configuration: - Design, implement, and support SAP MRS solutions in line with business needs. - Configure SAP MRS for optimal scheduling and resource planning across service orders and maintenance tasks. - Integrate SAP MRS with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), CS (Customer Service), and FSM (Field Service Management). Process Analysis & Improvement : - Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements through SAP MRS functionalities. - Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and support UAT. Support & Troubleshooting : - Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and apply fixes or enhancements. - Conduct training sessions for end users and provide documentation. System Maintenance & Enhancement : - Participate in SAP upgrades and ensure compatibility of MRS functionalities. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP MRS. - Strong understanding of MRS integration with SAP PM, CS, and Work Manager. - Experience in configuring MRS Planning Board, Resource Planning Profiles, and Planning Strategies. - Proficiency in identifying and resolving MRS-specific issues. - Knowledge of ABAP debugging is a plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
