JD : Required PeopleSoft techno functional consultant having minimum of 8 years of development experience in PeopleSoft application Technical skills : - NVision Data Mover People Code App Designer SQL/PSSQL Workflow Control-M Unix shell scripting - Having work experience on PeopleSoft finance module (FSCM) -AR(Account receivable) GL(General Ledger) Asset management and Billing - Should have knowledge on End-to-End Implementation cycle - Should be good in Application designer Application packages People code Application engine and approval workflow engine (AWE) - Should be good in XML publisher reporting Component interface Integration broker File layout Security Process scheduler Data mover and PS query tool - Should have worked on conversion programmes Inbound and Outbound interface programs integrating with 3rd party applications modifying and customising the New/Existing functionalities as per the business requirements - Should be able to debug and optimise SQL statements within query SQR and Application engine - Should be able to create and maintain technical document Unit Test document Migration document & User Manuals - Should be able to perform peer review on design development and documentation and other efforts and able to train and mentor others - Experience in conducting design sessions with business process owners to make business requirements with minimal customization - Knowledge of JIRA tool Snow request(Incident & Change Management) & Control M scheduler are advantage - Should have a good communication skill WHAT'S ON OFFER : - You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits. - Additionally, you will get the opportunity to enjoy a fun and collaborative work environment, alongside a strong career progression Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft solutions to meet business requirements. - Provide techno-functional support for PeopleSoft applications, with a focus on the FSCM module. - Work on PeopleSoft finance modules (FSCM) - AR (Accounts Receivable), GL (General Ledger), Asset Management, and Billing. - Participate in all phases of the end-to-end implementation cycle. - Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using Application Designer, Application Packages, and PeopleCode. - Design and implement approval workflows using Approval Workflow Engine (AWE). - Develop reports using XML Publisher. - Work with Component Interface, Integration Broker, and File Layouts for system integrations. - Implement and maintain PeopleSoft security. - Manage processes using Process Scheduler and Data Mover. - Utilize PS Query tool for data retrieval and analysis. - Develop conversion programs and inbound/outbound interface programs to integrate with 3rd party applications. - Modify and customize new/existing functionalities as per business requirements. - Debug and optimize SQL statements within queries, SQR, and Application Engine programs. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including Unit Test documents, Migration documents, and User Manuals. - Perform peer reviews of design, development, and documentation efforts. - Train and mentor other team members. - Conduct design sessions with business process owners to gather and document business requirements with minimal customization. - Utilize JIRA, Snow request (Incident & Change Management), and Control-M scheduler (an advantage). - Demonstrate strong communication skills.
