SAP Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale, end-to-end SAP implementations and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience managing SAP projects across various modules and industries, with deep expertise in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budgeting, and ensuring timely project delivery. This is a client-facing, on-site role based in Noida/NCR, requiring strong leadership, strategic planning, and a hands-on approach to SAP project execution. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage complex SAP projects (greenfield/rollouts/migrations) from initiation through delivery. - Define project scope, objectives, detailed plans, and success criteria. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. - Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. - Perform risk management and issue resolution. - Maintain strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting. - Drive team alignment across functional, technical, and business teams. Ensure full compliance with quality standards and best practices. Act as the single point of contact for all project matters. Required Qualifications : . Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 10 years in SAP project management. Proven track record of leading full-cycle SAP implementations (ECC &/or S/4HANA). PMP/Prince2/SAP Activate certification preferred. Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Experience working in on-site delivery and stakeholder-heavy environments. Ability to manage multiple teams and vendors across geographies. Nice to Have : .
