SAP MM & WM Consultant

Responsibilities : - Lead and participate in multiple full-cycle SAP MM/WM implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. - Configure and customize SAP MM and WM modules to meet specific business requirements, including material master data, procurement processes (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts), inventory management, and valuation. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management principles, and warehouse management best practices. - Integrate SAP MM/WM seamlessly with other SAP modules, particularly FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling). - Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP MM/WM solutions. - Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and configuration documentation. - Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide end-user training and support. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM/WM functionalities. - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP advancements and best practices in MM and WM. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. Technical Skills (Mandatory) : - Proficiency in SAP MM and WM modules. - Experience with configuration and implementation of SAP MM/WM functionalities. - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and warehouse management. - Ability to integrate SAP MM/WM with other SAP modules like FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling). - Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation. - Hands-on experience with material master data, procurement processes (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts), inventory management, and valuation. Technical Skills (Added Advantage) : - Experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) module. - Hands-on experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) module. - Hands-on experience with SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) and/or IBP (Integrated Business Planning). Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience as an SAP MM/WM Consultant. - Proven track record of successful SAP MM/WM implementations. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team (ref:hirist.tech)
