Senior Consultant - Power Platform

Job Description : - Design and build custom applications using PowerApps (Canvas/Model-Driven Apps) to meet business requirements. - Implement workflows and process automations using Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, and Business Process Flows). - Experience in Power Pages in implementing secure, scalable portals and customizing design and functionality using CSS, Liquid templates, and JavaScript. - Utilize Microsoft Dataverse to create and manage robust data environments for Power Platform solutions ensuring scalability, consistency, and logical relationships between entities. - Connect and integrate data sources using pre-built and custom Connectors to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems. - Define and implement standards for governance, environment management, and application lifecycle management to ensure scalability and maintainability. - Actively collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives and provide regular status updates. - Mentor team members and provide training sessions for effective adoption of Power Platform solutions. - Should be flexible to work in both Agile and waterfall development techniques. - Should be responsible for creating all the necessary technical documentation for the ongoing : - Experience in Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Online, Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Framework. - 4-7 years of Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, Microsoft Dataverse, and SharePoint. - Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e. g., PL-100 PL-200 PL-400). - Strong understanding of integration with data sources like SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365 - Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and secure solutions. - BE / BTech / MCA / BCA / BSC or equivalent degree.
