Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the entire technology function of the company and its sister Responsibilities : - Build and Lead the Development of an E-commerce Product from Ground Up in the burgeoning Travel Space. - Lead the development and optimization of the B2C digital platform with a strong focus on front-end UI/UX and automation. - Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives for both the companies. - Explore Cross Sell Opportunities, Platforms and Integrate API's and Feeds to enhance Revenue and Customer Retention. - Integrate Automation for Best Customer Experience. - Align all Technology, including backend (Dot Net) , Scale, Security with Company Vision - Build, Mentor and Manage a Team - Evaluate and Implement Emerging Technologies to Maintain a Competitive Edge Candidate Profile : - B. Tech Computer Science with a proven experience of 8 - 10 years in technical roles, with minimum 2 years in a leadership role, in the e-commerce / D2C sectors. - Expertise in Dot Net technologies and backend system architecture. - Strong experience in B2C product development, platform scalability, and user experience optimization. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technology initiatives. - Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, automation, and DevOps practices.
