Gapblue - Senior EPBCS Consultant - Oracle Cloud Module

Responsibilities : - Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle EPM Cloud applications, with a strong focus on Cloud EBPCS Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), Profitability and Cost Management (PCM), and other related modules. - Efficiently monitor and understand client needs regarding their Oracle EBS environment and translate those needs into effective EPM Cloud solutions. - Lead and execute the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle EPM Cloud applications to meet specific client requirements. - Apply your strong understanding of supply chain planning and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes to design and implement tailored EPM Cloud solutions. - Develop and maintain data integration processes between Oracle EBS and Oracle EPM Cloud applications. - Design and build planning models, rules, calculations, and reports within EBPCS Planning. - Configure and manage the Financial Consolidation and Close process within FCC. - Implement and configure Profitability and Cost Management solutions to provide insightful analysis. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EPM Cloud applications and integrations. - Collaborate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide guidance, and build strong working relationships. - Work collaboratively with internal teams, including technical and functional consultants, to ensure successful project delivery. - Utilize your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex client challenges. - Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Work independently, manage your time effectively, and take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables. - Potentially lead and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and best Qualifications and Experience: - More than 6 years of hands-on experience as an EPM/EBCPS Consultant, with a strong focus on Oracle EPM Cloud applications. - Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (e.g., demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization). - Solid understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling) and financial reporting principles. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including : Cloud EBPCS Planning (Enterprise Business Planning Cloud Service) Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) - Familiarity with other related EPM Cloud modules is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. - Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a team Qualifications (Preferred) : - Experience with end-to-end EPM Cloud implementations or related technologies (Hyperion Planning, HFM). - Oracle EPM Cloud certifications, such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle Certified Cloud Implementation Specialist in relevant modules (ref:hirist.tech)
