Network Engineering Manager - CCNA Certified

Projects : - Deploy the latest technology, including hardware, software, cloud and related services as part of business projects - Working with expert teams, including mentoring and guiding others in your area of expertise - Proactivity collaborate on initiatives to secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies and monitoring access. Operational : - Provide Level 3 escalation support, including outside working hours where applicable, for critical systems as needed. Assist other squads with mentoring,guidance and support. - Assist the Product Owner in the full Lifecyle management of the product, including integrating new network technologies, recommending changes that support the business, documenting designs and maintaining the environment. - Take a key role in initiatives to maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems, scheduling upgrades, monitoring process and ensure SLAs are met Be a part of our Onsite Connectivity Product Team. Job Scope : - LAN Technologies - Cisco Switches - 9200 & 9300 Series - Wifi Technologies - Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers - 9800 Series, Cisco Access Points - 9000 Series - Other Technology Areas - Wiring/Cabinet design, UPS/PDU, OOB Mgmt, Computer Rooms, fiber mgmt - Other Capabilities - Cisco Catalyst (DNA) Center, Ekahau, Cisco ISE and Site Survey for Designing Wifi Spaces, Service Now - Office Environments - HQ, Factory/Warehouse, Sales, etc. Job Requirements : - 2 Years Experience with Switching and Wifi technologies and demonstration of the ability to understand strategy concepts - 2 Years Experience with Level 3 troubleshooting of WAN and related Security technologies - Cisco CCNA Certification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus - Demonstration of ability to collaborate on teams and engage with various stakeholders - Effective communication skills with team members and Stakeholders - Effective documentation skills for Best Practice, Standards, including Topology diagrams, Security Zone diagrams, rack elevations, etc. - Team player able to work in an agile operational environment - Hybrid Work environment - English Fluency is Required (ref:hirist.tech)
