Job Description : Responsibilities : - Define and articulate the technical vision and strategy for complex programs. - Develop detailed technical roadmaps and architectural plans. - Conduct technical feasibility assessments and risk analyses. - Define and enforce technical standards and best practices. - Lead and manage technical teams, including software engineers, architects, and DevOps engineers. - Oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex technical solutions. - Drive the implementation of advanced technologies and architectures. - Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of technical solutions. - Manage technical dependencies and integrations. - Contribute to the definition and evolution of technical architectures. - Evaluate and recommend technology choices and architectural patterns. - Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements and long-term strategy. - Lead technical design reviews and architectural discussions. - Provide hands on technical guidance and support to engineering teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Conduct technical root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Work with engineers to optimize code, infrastructure and deployment pipelines. - Communicate technical concepts and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Manage relationships with technical vendors and partners. - Facilitate technical discussions and workshops. - Drive the implementation of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Ensure automation of infrastructure and deployment processes. - Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system reliability. Qualifications : Experience : - 10 years of experience in software engineering and technical program management. - Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs. - Experience leading distributed engineering teams. - Experience with cloud computing, microservices, and containerization. Technical Skills : - Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), architectural patterns, and design principles. - Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C++). - Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services. - Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform). - Experience with database technologies and data management. - Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Strong risk and issue management skills. - Proficiency in program management tools and software. Education : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with specific technical domains (AI/ML, cybersecurity, data analytics). - - Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC). - Relevant technical certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect). - Experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles.
