Job Title : IT Project Manager - Software Development & Integration (AI/ML Focus) Location : Delhi Job Type : Full-time (Hybrid & Remote) Job Description : We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong coding background and expertise in managing software implementations, integrations, and new software development projects. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project management for AI/ML solutions, ensuring successful delivery from conception to deployment. The role requires a deep understanding of both software development processes and integration techniques, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals. Key Responsibilities : - Project Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software projects, particularly AI/ML initiatives, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget. - Hybrid Methodology Implementation : Apply a hybrid project management approach combining Agile and traditional methodologies to manage software development and integration projects effectively. - Software Development & Integration : Oversee the full lifecycle of software development, from requirements gathering and system design to coding, implementation, testing, and integration of new software solutions. - Collaboration : Work closely with internal stakeholders, including software engineers, data scientists, business teams, and other departments, to ensure that all project goals are clearly understood and aligned with business priorities. - Project Planning & Coordination : Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources. Ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget, with clear accountability. - Risk Management : Identify and assess project risks, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure the success of software implementation and integration efforts. - Continuous Improvement : Drive process optimization initiatives to ensure that project management practices remain efficient and effective throughout the development and deployment phases. - Stakeholder Management : Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates, handling expectations, and ensuring high-level communication between all parties involved. - Quality Assurance : Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by coordinating thorough testing processes, validating integration points, and managing continuous feedback loops. - Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring that all technical specifications, designs, and implementation plans are clearly documented and accessible. Requirements : - Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or degrees are a plus. - Experience : Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering software development, integration, and AI/ML projects. - Technical Expertise : Strong coding background with experience in software development (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and an understanding of modern software architecture, including integration methods and APIs. - AI/ML Knowledge : Hands-on experience or a solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they can be integrated into software solutions. - Project Management Methodologies : Proficiency in managing projects using hybrid approaches, such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall, with knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project. - Stakeholder Management : Strong experience in internal stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Leadership Skills : Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to meet project goals. - Certifications : PMP, Agile, or similar certifications preferred. - Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address project challenges and propose effective solutions.
