Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven SAP Project Manager (PM) to lead and deliver complex SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM) and proven project management expertise, including experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC implementations. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities : - Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. - Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. - Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with project management methodologies (e.g., Activate, Agile, Waterfall). - Leverage strong functional knowledge in SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM) to guide project teams and ensure effective solution design. - Understand and translate business requirements into SAP solutions. - Provide functional guidance and support to project team members. - Lead and manage SAP S/4 HANA and ECC implementation projects. - Ensure smooth migration and integration of data and processes. - Utilize Activate methodology for efficient project execution. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively. - Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction. - Lead and motivate project teams. - Provide coaching and mentoring to team members. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps) for effective project planning and tracking. - Apply Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles to improve project delivery. - Utilize Activate methodology for S/4 HANA implementations. - Experience in Cloud solutions and implementations. - Experience working with MNCs with multi-geography setups. Requirements : Experience : - 8-12 years of overall experience. - Minimum 3 years of experience in project management. - Proven experience in leading SAP implementation projects (at least 2 end-to-end implementations). - Experience working with MNCs/International clients. SAP Functional Knowledge : - Strong functional knowledge in any of the SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM). - Must have worked on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC. Project Management Skills : - Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. - Experience with project management tools. - Knowledge of Agile, Lean, DevOps, and Activate methodologies. Education : Master's degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills. - Excellent coaching and mentoring skills. - Ability to interact with all levels of the organization. - Flexibility to travel. Certifications (Preferred) : PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, Prince2.
