Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM/SecOps Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules addressing governance, risk, compliance, and security operations needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and deploying risk management, compliance tracking, and security incident response workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust and integrated solutions. Responsibilities : - Implement and configure ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and SecOps modules to meet organizational needs. - Design and deploy risk management, compliance tracking, and security incident response workflows. - Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with specific business requirements. - Configure IRM solutions for unified risk assessment, continuous monitoring, and third-party risk management. - Develop and maintain risk registers, control frameworks, and assessment templates. - Implement risk scoring and reporting mechanisms. - Implement SecOps capabilities, including security incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence integration. - Configure security incident workflows and automation. - Integrate SecOps with security tools and platforms. - Develop and enforce GRC policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. - Configure compliance tracking, audit management, and policy management modules. - Implement control testing and reporting. - Integrate GRC, IRM, and SecOps modules with other ServiceNow applications (ITSM, CMDB) and third-party tools for seamless operations. - Develop and maintain integration scripts and workflows. - Automate processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer and scripting. - Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders for effective adoption of implemented solutions. - Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles. - Optimize performance and scalability of the ServiceNow platform for risk, compliance, and security workflows. - Stay updated on ServiceNow's latest features and best practices for GRC, IRM, and SecOps. - Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and risk mitigation to improve organizational resilience and efficiency. Requirements : Experience : - 3 - 12 years of experience in managing the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and SecOps modules. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities. - Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). - Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows, forms, and business rules. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP). - Knowledge of GRC, IRM, and SecOps best practices. Functional Skills : - Understanding of risk management, compliance tracking, and security incident response processes. - Ability to gather and analyze business requirements. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong customer service orientation. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
