MonoSpear Technologies - Senior Consultant - ERP Implementation

Location : Remote Experience : Minimum 8 years Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant for an ERP Implementation project specializing in Supply Chain Management (Procure to Pay, Inventory) within the US Healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities : - ERP Implementation (Supply Chain Focus) : Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems specifically focusing on Procure to Pay (P2P) and Inventory modules, ensuring alignment with healthcare-specific supply chain requirements. - Business Process Re-engineering : Analyze and optimize existing supply chain processes, recommending improvements in procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment within the ERP system. - Client Collaboration : Work closely with healthcare clients to understand business requirements, map out processes, and deliver tailored solutions for their supply chain operations. - Solution Design & Configuration : Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ERP systems to meet client needs, focusing on streamlining procurement, inventory control, and financial transactions in the healthcare sector. - Cross-Functional Integration : Oversee the integration of supply chain modules with other business functions (e., finance, logistics) ensuring smooth data flow and end-to-end process automation. - Testing & Troubleshooting : Lead system testing, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT) for supply chain processes within the ERP system. - Training & Support : Provide training to end-users and ongoing support during and after the deployment phase to ensure seamless adoption of the ERP system. - Compliance & Regulatory Standards : Ensure that the ERP system is compliant with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, FDA, and other healthcare-specific supply chain regulations. Required Skills and Experience : - Minimum 8 years of experience in implementing ERP systems with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management, including Procure to Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management processes - Expertise in major ERP platforms (Oracle Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.) with a strong focus on Supply Chain modules. - In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and compliance requirements specific to the US Healthcare industry, including managing procurement of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare equipment. - Experience in full-cycle ERP implementation, including process mapping, configuration, integration, and post-go-live support - Strong consulting experience, with the ability to manage client relationships, conduct workshops, and translate business requirements into ERP solutions. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in supply chain processes. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to clients, create reports, and train end-users effectively.
