Job Title : ServiceNow HRSD Workday Implementation Consultant/Lead Company : SRINAV Location : Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Hybrid) Job Overview : SRINAV is seeking a highly experienced and skilled ServiceNow HRSD Workday Implementation Consultant/Lead to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex implementation projects involving ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and its integration with Workday. You will leverage your deep expertise in both platforms to design, configure, and deploy solutions that streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and drive efficiency for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of HR business processes, ServiceNow HRSD functionalities, Workday integration capabilities, and proven experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects. Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, ensuring seamless integration with Workday. - Gather and analyze client business requirements related to HR processes and translate them into effective ServiceNow HRSD and Workday integration solutions. - Design the overall architecture of the integrated ServiceNow HRSD and Workday solution, considering data flows, security, and performance. - Configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and other relevant modules. - Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and Workday using various integration methods (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware). - Configure and manage Workday integration components required for data exchange with ServiceNow HRSD. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the integration architecture, design, configuration, and implementation processes. - Lead and participate in workshops with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide guidance on best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client stakeholders, ServiceNow developers, Workday consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Manage project timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to project plans. - Perform thorough testing of the integrated solution, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide support during the go-live phase and assist with post-implementation support and troubleshooting. - Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of both ServiceNow HRSD and Workday, and recommend innovative solutions to clients. - Mentor and guide junior team members on ServiceNow HRSD and Workday implementation best practices. Qualifications : - Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in IT, with a significant focus on ServiceNow and HR technology solutions. - Proven experience in at least 3-5 full lifecycle implementations of ServiceNow HRSD with Workday integration. - Deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD functionalities and configuration options across various modules. - Strong hands-on experience in configuring and managing Workday integration components. - Expertise in various integration methods and technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and potentially middleware platforms. - Solid understanding of HR business processes across various domains (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, time off). - Experience in designing and implementing data migration strategies between ServiceNow HRSD and Workday. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to lead and manage implementation projects. - Experience working in an Agile or Waterfall project methodology. Technical Skills : - ServiceNow HRSD (Expert level configuration and implementation skills) - Workday (Strong understanding of integration capabilities and configuration) - Integration Technologies (REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML, JSON) - ServiceNow Integration Hub (Preferred) - Workday Studio (Preferred) - JavaScript (for ServiceNow scripting and integrations) - Understanding of data mapping and transformation - Familiarity with ITIL framework (Preferred) Experience : - 10 years of total professional experience. - Significant experience specifically in ServiceNow HRSD and Workday implementation projects.
