Location : Gurgaon. Experience : 4 to 7 years. About the Role : We are looking for a Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau development and SQL. The ideal candidate should have strong data visualization skills, experience in creating interactive dashboards, and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. Additionally, some experience with Snowflake and Amazon Redshift is preferred, as the role may involve working with cloud-based data warehousing solutions. Roles & Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools and reports that meet business requirements. - Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various data sources (e.g., databases, data warehouses). - Optimize data models and SQL queries for performance and scalability. - Connect BI Tool to various data sources, including relational databases, cloud-based data warehouses, and APIs. - Create calculated fields, parameters, and other Tableau features to enhance data analysis and visualization. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visualizations. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all dashboards and reports. - Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of dashboards and reports. - Provide technical support and training to end-users on Tableau dashboards and reports. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Tableau Developer with strong SQL skills. - Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (e.g., joins, subqueries, window functions). - Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. - Experience connecting Tableau to various data sources. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Required Skill Sets : Technical Skills : - Tableau Desktop Certified Professional or Tableau Server Certified Associate. - Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). - Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Fivetran). - Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
