Koerber WMS Support Specialist

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Koerber WMS Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Koerber/HighJump, and a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations. This role involves providing Level 2/3 support, developing and enhancing WMS functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration with host systems. Key Responsibilities : - Provide Level 2/3 support for Koerber/HighJump WMS, addressing and resolving system issues promptly. - Develop and enhance WMS functionalities, including modules like Picking, Packing, and Shipping. - Implement and support new warehouse setups, ensuring smooth operations from inception. - Design and build new interfaces or enhance existing ones with host systems using APIs, XML, and JSON. - Customize and optimize Zebra label printing solutions and other peripheral integrations. - Utilize Advantage Architect for development and enhancements within the WMS environment. - Develop and enhance reports using PL/SQL, SSRS, and Koerber reporting tools. - Troubleshoot and optimize SQL databases, focusing on indexing and performance tuning. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including warehouse operations and IT, to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the WMS. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 4 to 10 years of experience in WMS tools, with a preference for Koerber/HighJump WMS development or Level 2/3 support. - Proven experience in implementing and supporting warehouse operations and logistics systems. - Proficiency in PL/SQL, SSRS, and Koerber reporting tools. - Strong knowledge of Advantage Architect development and enhancements. - Experience with API, XML, and JSON interface setups. - Familiarity with Zebra label printing solutions and their customization. - Understanding of SQL database troubleshooting, indexing, and performance optimization. - Experience with .NET technologies is preferred. - Deep understanding of warehouse and logistics operations. - Experience in building new warehouses and implementing WMS solutions. - Exposure to modules like Labor and Yard Management is an advantage.
