Techno-Functional Consultant - MS Dynamics 365

Experience Level : 10-15 years. Job Type : Full-time. Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics D365 Techno Functional Specialist. Role Purpose : Develop, test, and deploy customizations for Microsoft Dynamics D365 while providing technical support for the existing installation. Key Responsibilities : - Develop customizations for D365FO based on specifications from consultants. - Integrate with external systems and ensure smooth data flow. - Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, ensuring minimal disruption. - Monitor and optimize the performance of the existing software ecosystem. - Apply customizations, hot fixes, and patches to D365FO systems. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : - Deliver projects on time and within budget. - Avoid post-go-live incidents, reworks, or system downtime. - Ensure change requests do not harm business operations. Required Skills & Experience : - 10 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics D365 technical specialist. - 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Retail. - Expertise in integrating D365FO with external systems. - Strong experience in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting performance issues in D365FO. - Proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services, data warehousing, and OLAP data replication. - Familiarity with D365FO workflows and BI integrations. - Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and TFVC. - Ability to write SQL procedures, functions, and work with APIs. Desired Characteristics : - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Proactive approach to system administration and performance optimization. - Familiarity with BYOD and using DMF for recurring integrations.
