Job Description
Role : Oracle Demantra Techno-Functional Consultant We are seeking an experienced Oracle Demantra Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Demantra modules and have a proven track record in implementing and supporting these solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities : - Implement and support core Demantra modules including Demand Management, Advanced Forecasting, Real-time Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Predictive Trade Planning, Trade Promotion Optimization, and Deductions and Settlement Management. - Configure and customize Demantra modules to align with business requirements. - Integrate Demantra with other Oracle modules such as Inventory, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Order Management, Shipping, Transportation, and Procurement. - Develop and execute SQL scripts to query and manipulate Demantra data as needed. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Prepare test scripts, training materials, and functional specification documents following Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology). - Provide multi-country, multi-business unit support to clients. - Create and manage Oracle Service Requests for code fixes, data fixes, and product bugs, ensuring timely resolution. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and support. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to understand and address their needs. Required Qualifications : - Minimum of 10 years of overall Oracle Applications experience, including at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Demantra. - Hands-on experience with Demantra modules and integration with other Oracle applications. - Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis. - Experience with Oracle Service Requests and incident management tools. - Certification from Oracle University in Oracle Demantra. - Certification in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 is advantageous. - Prior experience providing support to multi-country, multi-business unit environments. - Familiarity with Oracle AIM methodology. - Experience with incident management tools and understanding of ticket statuses such as User Wait, Testing, etc (ref:hirist.tech)
