Location : PAN INDIA. Notice period : Immediate. Experience Level : 5-6 years. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct detailed workshops and discussions with clients to understand their business processes, gather functional and non-functional requirements related to subscription order management, and translate them into SAP BRIM SOM solutions. - Design and configure SAP BRIM SOM modules and related components, including : 1. Subscription Management : Defining subscription products, pricing models, contract terms, and lifecycle management. 2. Order Management : Configuring order capture processes, order fulfillment, and order changes. 3. Master Agreement Management : Setting up framework agreements and their integration with subscription orders. 4. Integration with other SAP modules : Ensuring seamless integration with SAP CC (Convergent Charging), SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing), SAP FI/CO, SAP SD, and CRM systems. - Identify and document requirements for custom development and enhancements within SAP BRIM SOM to meet specific client needs. Collaborate with technical teams for development and testing. - Plan, execute, and support various testing phases (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing) to ensure the solution meets business requirements and quality standards. - Prepare comprehensive functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and other relevant project documentation. - Effectively communicate with clients, understand their challenges, provide expert advice on SAP BRIM SOM best practices, and manage stakeholder expectations. - Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the SAP BRIM SOM solution. - Contribute to project planning, estimation, and status reporting. Identify and escalate potential risks and issues. - Stay updated with the latest SAP BRIM features, functionalities, and industry best practices. Participate in knowledge sharing and internal training sessions. - Effectively collaborate with team members and clients both remotely and during on-site visits, utilizing various communication and collaboration tools. Experiences and Skills : - 5-6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP BRIM Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on the SOM module. - Proven experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP BRIM implementations. - Deep understanding of subscription business models, processes, and challenges across various industries. - Strong functional knowledge of SAP BRIM SOM configuration and integration points with other SAP modules (CC, CI, FI/CO, SD, CRM). - Experience in designing and configuring subscription products, pricing strategies, and contract management within SAP BRIM SOM. - Familiarity with order management processes, including order capture, fulfillment, and changes in a subscription context. - Understanding of master agreement management and its integration with subscription orders. - Experience with data migration activities related to SAP BRIM SOM. - Solid understanding of testing methodologies and experience in preparing test scenarios and executing test cases. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication (both written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment. - Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Skills : - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP BRIM. - Knowledge of SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or other integration technologies relevant to SAP BRIM. - Understanding of SAP BRIM APIs and extension possibilities. - Experience with Agile project methodologies. - SAP BRIM certification(s). - Prior experience working in a consulting : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
