Job Description : Role :Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Company : Talent Worx (for a Global MNC Client) Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Job Title : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Experience : 6 - 20 Years About the Job : Talent Worx is partnering with a global multinational corporation (MNC) to recruit a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. This role will be pivotal in implementing and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, focusing on optimizing HR processes, talent management, and workforce management. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions. Role Overview : As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementations, from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, training, and support. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining HR operations and enhancing the overall employee experience within the organization. Key Responsibilities : - Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Absence Management, etc.) to meet specific business requirements. - Ensure alignment of HCM solutions with organizational HR policies and procedures. - Customize and personalize Oracle HCM functionalities as needed. - Analyze existing HR business processes and identify areas for improvement using Oracle HCM solutions. - Propose and implement best practices for HR processes within the Oracle HCM framework. - Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders. - Create functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flow diagrams. - Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements. - Conduct thorough functional testing of Oracle HCM configurations and customizations. - Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system performance and user satisfaction. - Identify and resolve defects and issues during testing phases. - Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on Oracle HCM functionalities. - Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. - Create and maintain user documentation and training materials. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration between Oracle HCM and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, payroll). - Manage and maintain data integrity within the Oracle HCM system. - Act as a primary point of contact for HCM-related queries and issues. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and progress reports. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide training. Required Qualifications : Education : - Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : - Minimum of 6-20 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. - Proven track record of successful Oracle HCM implementations and support. - Technical Skills : Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including : - Core HR - Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Succession Planning) - Absence Management - Compensation Management (preferred) - Learning Management (preferred) - Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and upgrades is highly desirable. - Understanding of HR business processes and best practices. - Ability to write clear and concise functional specifications. Soft Skills : - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - - Strong customer service orientation. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - - Strong presentation and training skills. Additional Considerations : - Experience with specific industry implementations (manufacturing, finance) is a plus. - Oracle HCM certifications are highly desirable. - Knowledge of project management methodologies is beneficial.
