Endpoint management BMC Helix Client Management (BCM) or BMC Helix Discovery 8. Azure Portal 9. Terraform 10. Hyper-V, VMware - Administering Teams, Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, Office 365 - Sophos firewalls Skills : - Strong leadership skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to interact and communicate with diverse teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities - Knowledge of current IT trends and emerging technologies. - Knowledge of network infrastructure, security, and data protection. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of IT Service Management tools like BMC Helix ITSM - Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, MCSA, MCSE, AWS Certified) are a plus.
