Job Description : Oracle Procurement (Functional) - SCM Fusion - Talent Worx (Client: Undisclosed) Location : PAN INDIA (Willingness to Travel Client Locations - Mandatory) About the Job (Through Talent Worx) : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Procurement (Functional) - SCM Fusion consultant to join our client's team. You will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion Procurement modules, specifically focusing on Supplier Model, Qualification, and Supplier Portal. This role requires a strong functional understanding of SCM modules and the ability to drive solutions independently within a large implementation team. Description : The ideal candidate will possess 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion Procurement modules, with a strong focus on Supplier Model, Qualification, and Supplier Portal. You will be responsible for driving solutions independently, working within a large implementation team. This role requires a consultant who is ready to travel to client locations and has a thorough understanding of documentation, functional design, and configuration. Responsibilities : Implementation and Configuration : - Lead and participate in 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Fusion implementation projects, specializing in SQM, Supplier Onboarding, and Supplier Portal. - Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Fusion Procurement modules to meet client requirements. - Develop and maintain functional design documents and configuration documents. Supplier Management : - Design and implement solutions for Supplier Model, Qualification, and Supplier Portal. - Manage supplier onboarding processes and ensure efficient supplier data management. Module Expertise : - Provide expert functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Procurement and SCM modules. - Demonstrate proficiency in inventory and contracts modules. Client Interaction and Requirements Gathering : - Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand business needs. - Design and document effective solutions based on client requirements. Integration and Extensions : - Work on extensions and integrations with third-party applications. - Understand cross-functional module integrations and financial accounting principles. Reporting and Dashboards : - Develop and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards. - Provide insights and analysis using OTBI reporting tools. Travel and Collaboration : - Be willing to travel to client locations as required. - Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Demonstrate strong communication and articulation skills. Learning and Adaptation : - Show a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Requirements : Experience : - 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion Procurement modules. - Experience working on 2-3 end-to-end Cloud implementation projects on SQM, Supplier onboarding and Supplier Portal, inventory, and contracts. Technical Skills : - Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Procurement and SCM modules. - Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud Fusion. - Understanding of cross-functional module integrations and financial accounting. - Experience with extensions and integrations with third-party applications. - Knowledge of OTBI reporting and dashboards.
