Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Senior BI Analyst Location : Bengaluru Experience : 4-7 years Key Responsibilities : - Power BI Dashboard Development : Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, leveraging large and diverse datasets from multiple sources. - Data Analysis : Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. - Stakeholder Communication : Present findings and recommendations to senior management, creating compelling PowerPoint decks. - Data Governance : Implement and manage data governance policies to ensure data security, integrity, and compliance. Technical Skills Requirements : - Power BI Expertise : 5 years of experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards, with proficiency in DAX and Power BI service administration. - Data Integration : Experience integrating data from various sources, including Databricks and Azure. - SQL and Coding Skills : Master-level skills in SQL and query languages, with bonus points for proficiency in R/Python. - Industry Experience : Must have proven experience in the Ecommerce, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or retail industries. Must Have Skills : - Proficient in coding and creating compelling presentations for senior stakeholders. - Ability to analyze and synthesize insights from complex data. - Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical jargon in plain English. - Experience working virtually with a global network of colleagues.
