What This Role Requires : In the role of Senior NLP Developer, you will be a key contributor to MResult's mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do : - Responsible for various NLP algorithms required for chatbot development - Build content for chatbot and define an efficient process for identifying targeted follow-up questions based on keywords. - Research and analyze the scope of intent within the linguistic and technical dimensions of chatbot's capabilities. - Work with developers, product, and engineering teams to maximize conversions while ensuring a great user experience. - Experience with at least one or more chatbot frameworks like Dialogflow, Microsoft Luis, IBM Watson etc - Data Collection and Pre-processing of data for model training - Prompt Development and Optimization : Design, develop, and refine prompts to generate desired & relevant responses from AI models. Continuously test and iterate on prompts to improve quality and consistency. - Experiment with different prompting techniques (e.g., few-shot, zero-shot, chain-of thought, self-validation, React) to achieve optimal results Key Skills to Succeed in This Role : - Looking for 4-6years IT experience - Experience with Python and the associated libraries. - Experience of working with Kore.AI, NLP and machine learning foundation concepts. - Knowledge of working of NLP Engine in chatbot framework. - Proficiency in working with large language models (LLMs) like GPT-3.5, GPT-4o, or other advanced models. - Experience with prompt engineering techniques and best practices. - Ability to write clear, concise, and effective prompts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and adapt. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Preferred Skills : - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. - Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and responsible AI practices. - Experience with model fine-tuning and customization.
